Romanian Food Festival – Holy Cross

The Holy Cross Romanian Orthodox Church invites you to its Romanian Food Festival on Saturday, June 10 from 12 noon until 6 pm and on Sunday, June 11 from 12:30 pm until 6 pm. The event will take place at the church located at 5150 Leesburg Pike in Alexandria, VA.
Join the organizers for delicious food prepared by skilled Romanian chefs. If you have never been to Transylvania now you have the chance to taste a delicious goulash made on the spot in a gigantic cauldron over fire.
The menu will include the traditional Mititei – Romanian caseless sausages, Cârnăciuri la grătar – Grilled Sausages, Sarmale – Stuffed cabbage, Friptură de pui – Chicken BBQ, Gulaș la ceaun – Goulash and an assortment of Romanian Sweets.
